I am interested in space. When we begin thinking about it’s size we realize how small we are as well as our actions… The 1000 philosophies that we can come up in our head when we stair at the sky can become somehow useful when we reflect about what we’re doing here. I also find space’s patterns and colors unbelievable so I took my phone cover, which was transparent and decided to recreate the space’s colors and shapes on my cover’s surface. That way I would always have space with me. These were some of the images that helped me:
I began painting my cover with acrylic paint and first I painted the background in black. After I added some purples and blues and I used the technique of shaking the brush so it would make speckles in order to give the affect of stars. I really enjoyed doing this since it was quick and easy. My final cover:
