Multimedia Studio – Erasmus

This semester I will also have a main studio of multimedia where, hopefully, I will be able do develop a bigger project than on the other subjects.

I have spoken to the teacher and we decided that I could learn how to work with Adobe after effects. It is a software that can be used for many many things and I believe it is a really powerful tool. The non-erasmus students are doing another projects in the meantime and older students are doing a Video Game!!!

The rest of the class already had had an assignment so we took a look at their projects. The assignment was simply to take a “shape” and play with After Effects possibilities when it comes to position, rotation, opacity, scale and movement!

For next class the task is to make a 30s video where we play with the camera views. We had a small tutorial of that in class but the main goal is to discover things by ourselves.

I plan on doing both the 1st and the 2nd exercises. It’s great that we have an assignment every week 🙂
